I always wanted to design stuff. I just didn't have a word for it until my early twenties. Before then? Years of customer service. Watching people get angry at clunky apps, confusing forms, products clearly built for someone other than them.
I always wanted to design stuff. I just didn't have a word for it until my early twenties. Before then? Years of customer service. Watching people get angry at clunky apps, confusing forms, products clearly built for someone other than them.
Then I found UX and the whole thing clicked. Turns out spending years calming down frustrated callers teaches you a few things. How to spot what people actually need. How to keep your cool when things get messy. How to turn someone's worst day into a solution. I bring that same instinct to my design work now.
